Professional Bio

Mr. Silva is the founder and president of ROC Hospitality Network. He’s also the owner and president of Arsal International, the Holding Company for Old Lisbon Restaurants, with three locations in Miami, South Miami and Aventura and Arsi Care Group, a Home Health Care company he founded in 1997.
Prior to his entrepreneurship ventures, he served as “Travel & Entertainment” Executive for Visa International with responsibilities for Latin America and the Caribbean regions.
Mr. Silva Graduated from Saint Thomas University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and obtained a Masters degree from DeVry University in 2004.

Mr. Silva's 30 years in the restaurant industry led him to look for ways to overcome the overwhelming challenges that restaurant owners face on a daily basis. Being involved in other industries, hospitality quickly became clear to him that it was a different animal. Thats when Mr. Silva decided to invite several restaurateurs to join him and face all these challenges together. ROC, Restaurant Owners Club, was formed.
But, just like restaurateurs, thousands of other small business owners go through the same hardships. ROC had already established partnerships with vendors that service other industries and decided to extend the same benefits restaurant owners were getting to retail and other small businesses. ROC Hospitality Network was formed.

ROC is a win, win, win concept. The members win, the vendors win and ROC wins, so we can continue to provide the best possible platform where members do businesses with the best in class vendors across the country.
