Our History
In 2018, a group of restaurateurs from South Florida came together to establish business relationships with F&B vendors. Once the business goals were achieved ROC, Restaurant Owner's Club, was established.
The business relationships started with F&B and quickly evolved to other vendor categories within the restaurant industry.
During the pandemic years, our group benefited tremendously from exchanging ideas and experiences on how to navigate during one of the worst social and economic times in our industry. Through the continuous discussions our members participated in, we were all able to make informed decisions that helped overcome many of our daily challenges.
The knowledge gained through this experience was so powerful, that in 2021 we decided to extend the Restaurant Owners Club benefits to small businesses and help all entrepreneurs grow and leverage our purchasing power.
Small businesses in general struggle due to the lack of synergies and bargaining power. We realized that many of the business partner vendors in our network also do business in other industries, so we expanded our network offerings beyond restaurants to include Hotels, Retail, Small Businesses, Friends and Families.
In 2023 ROC Hospitality Network was established, we invested in a new infrastructure and created a robust business platform for our members and vendors to establish business relationships.
We created four different types of memberships:
- Restaurants, Bars & All Eateries
- Hotels & Lodging
- Retail & Small Businesses
- Friends & Family
Now, businesses anywhere in the country can join our Network and start enjoying savings as a result of our best in class local and nationwide partnerships.
We believe that ROC Hospitality Network is reshaping the way business is done for those independent entrepreneurs, giving our members the opportunity to have a seat at the table with the top vendors and getting the best solutions and savings for their businesses.
